Research Experiences

  • Effective Activation Functions for Homomorphic Evaluation of Deep Neural Network, RIT, NY, USA (Advisor: Peizhao Hu Jul. 2019-Aug. 2019) = Applied Approximation Theory into the proof of properties in polynomial activation functions
    • Designed experiments for testing the assumption that the range of absolute area between the estimative and polynomial activation functions within the best approximation interval is fixed
    • Performed experiments using a nine-layer Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) with datasets including MNIST, Fashion-MNIST and CIFAR-10
